Term 4: Week 2

Isn’t it wonderful to see the sun out again in all her shining glory! As for this morning’s quarter-final, oh my word, what a match!

 

This week we celebrate our Niuean magafaoa. This year’s theme for Faahi Tapu he Vagahau Niue – Niue Language Week is Fakatūleva e Vagahau Niue mo e Tau Aga Fakamotu ma e Tau Atuhau, which means – Sustain Niue Language and Culture for Future Generations. We are also lucky to have the Life Education Caravan with us for a few more days. Our learners are thoroughly enjoying their visits to see ‘Harold’ and we are loving the rich discussions and learning that is happening. These conversations are great to pick up at home and discuss as family around the dinner table.

 

Week 2 Reminders:

-Sunhats are a must for Term 4. These can be purchased from the MWPS Office for $15

-Swimming starts this week so dig out your togs, towel and swimming bag.

Friday

-Teacher Only Day. MWPS is closed for instruction.
